Commission requests need strong reference images, photos or a solid design idea before submission. This helps us understand your vision, quote accurately and avoid unnecessary delays.

When is my commission slot confirmed?+
Your request is reviewed first. Your slot is confirmed only after you receive a quote, accept it and pay the requested deposit.
How long will my binder take?+
The current waitlist may add up to two weeks before work starts. Once started, each binder normally takes 3–7 days to complete. Delivery time is additional.
Can I make changes to the design?+
You approve the design before painting begins. Small changes can be requested at that stage. Major changes or changes requested after work begins may require a revised quote.
Are ready-made binders different?+
Yes. Ready-made binders are already completed, have no commission queue and the exact binder shown in the product photos is the one you receive.
When is the remaining balance paid?+
The final balance is due after completion and before dispatch. Your quote will clearly show the deposit and remaining amount.
Will my binder be an exact copy of another design?+
Every binder is hand-painted and one of one. Previous work can be used as inspiration, but exact copies and identical handmade finishes cannot be guaranteed.
